Our Staff
Each room is supervised by well-trained staff who care for and nurture the babies while providing interesting and stimulating activities relevant to the developmental needs of each child.
Our personal ‘Key Person’ system ensures that each child is assigned to a carer who is responsible for:
- Welcoming the child and parent into nursery upon arrival for each session
- Looking after that child’s every need whilst in our care
- Making written progress reports as well as giving verbal and written feedback to parents for the children in their care
- Supervising the table at meal times and encouraging good table manners
- Performing a variation of activities and experiences to encourage the child’s development
- Undertaking written observations and development profiles as well as creating a scrapbook of artwork created by your child which is given to you when your child leaves Barnbabies as a memento of their time here
At the end of the nursery day, a member of our team will report to you on the activities and adventures your baby has enjoyed that day.
