From Monday 9th October 2017 we are going to initiate a no shoes policy in the nursery. We are asking parents to either bring slippers or a pair of ‘indoor’ shoes (crocs, plimsolls, etc) that can be kept in your child’s room which they can wear during the day.
Parents can wear their shoes in the entrance hallway but not inside any of the rooms. A box will be located outside each room for you to put shoes into if you accompany your child into the room or shoe covers will be made available for you to slip on.
As the winter months are nearly upon us, our aim is to prevent wet and muddy foot prints dirtying the rooms. This also protects our many young babies who lay on the carpets; therefore, we are trying to keep them as clean and hygienic as possible.
We appreciate your help in the above and for your continued support.
